‼️UPDATE‼️ Messenger is back up on your apps however, we're still having an issue for some web users we're working on. To use messenger on app, please FORCE STOP / CLOSE your app and reopen. Thanks and very sorry for the inconvenience! All of your messages will display. We're syncing now so don't be alarmed if any sessions are missing. Syncing 250M messages takes awhile 😞. Hi all. We're very sorry for the Messenger feature having to be upgraded currently. Part of our growth that was unforseen is that we're now becoming the new "Skype" and "Discord" video chat alternative all over the world, but more specifically in Countries that are in conflict. We currently have 41,520 people online (on the web platform only, not counting the app connections) and we're getting roughly 10,000 simultaneous and concurrent video chat and phone call connections out of Brazil, Iran, Ukraine and other places. We simply cannot keep up with the requests so we're adding several chat droplets in a cluster to fix this. This will not affect the Wimkin app performance as our chat servers are completely separate. We're very sorry for the inconvenience. We just didn't anticipate this influx in video chatting. Thank you got your understanding! We'll keep you updated! ❤️
