Meet FOC. It stands for Fat Orange Cat. It's our understanding FOC spent the first two years of his life in a carrier (not a large one) before his previous owner sat him and his carrier on the front lawn of a friend's house and left him there unannounced. He spent the night there through a really bad thunderstorm.
