This is a Referential Fallacy.
It also employs the supposition "...then he MUST HAVE HAD some need or want". (Line 4)
While Line 4 may or may not be accurate, since we cannot KNOW if this is true, we cannot verify the SOUNDNESS of this argument - even though the argument itself may appear VALID.
