MISPLACED PRIORITIES "Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful." (I Cor. 4:2) "And his servants came near, and spake unto him, and said, My father, if the prophet had bid thee do some great thing, wouldest thou not have done it? how much rather then, when he saith to thee, Wash, and be clean?" (II Kgs. 5:13) Our churches today are polluted with people who are all zealous about doing GREAT things for God when they can't even be faithful in the smallest things, such as church attendance, tithing, church work, supporting missions, holy living, etc. Yet, these same people honestly think that God is going to overlook their unfaithfulness and entrust them with even greater duties, such as writing a great book or heading-up a powerful ministry. Not so, my friend! First things first. Show God that you know how to be FAITHFUL and DEPENDABLE, or you just might waste your life chasing empty dreams on fantasy island. You might get away with cutting corners with man, but not with God. First things first. "He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much." (Luke 16:10)
