Capital police didn't want to watch gay sex.....but even though the Capital police didn't watch the two have sex with each other... any surveillance is recorded in case you wanted to take a cut or a still photo..... for prosecution purposes.....how stupid do they think we are.. and one more question why deport David....and allow 5 million illegal immigrants to be flown and bussed all over the country
