This appeal of my organization dated August 9, 2022, the Nationalist Movement offered the AFU to exchange Azov for Russians accused of war crimes, and its own separatists for "arsonists of military enlistment offices" in the Russian Federation and other radical political prisoners The lieder of the Nationalist Movement, Vladimir Basmanov, submitted an appeal to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation with two proposals: 1. To exchange captured Azov fighters accused by the DPR of war crimes for Russian soldiers accused by Ukraine of war crimes. This is especially important, given the recent mass murder of Ukrainian prisoners of war in Yelenovka, of which at least 20 people were soldiers of the Azov regiment who surrendered under security guarantees from the UN and the Red Cross. 2. Exchange radical Russian political prisoners with a pro-Ukrainian position, including those prosecuted for arson of military enlistment offices and alleged participation in the "Right Sector" banned in the Russian Federation
