Wake up?? And decide you are going to show up for yourself every day! It isn't easy. Some days you feel like you don't have the energy at all. And to be honest that's how I felt this morning. Exhausted. But exercise is a funny thing. It gives you more energy once you get it done! So don't listen to the voice in your head when it says I'm too tired. Get on that treadmill! Get on the mat. The saying is 100% true, you never ever regret a workout ? ..Exercise is my medicine ? exercise is not just my physical health, but my mental & spiritual health. It sets the tone for the rest of my day. Not every day has to be some crazy workout - some days I speed walk in max incline and some days I feel I could run ???? forever. Some days I just get on the mat and do floor workouts. The point is, show up for our health and wellness even when our minds says we are too tired. Carve out a non-negotiable time for workouts & stick to it. When I had my corporate job, I'd show up at the gym at 5am. And now I have 4 kids lol I get up at 4:30-5am & get it in before my day starts with my kids. Make the commitment, make it non-negotiable, because your health is truly every thing & worth more than gold...Happy Wellness Wednesday! May you find the strength ? in Him - he is your fortress ?
