Absolutely. It should have been that way all along I have to show a driver's at a doctor's office if I'm a new patient. So yes voter ID should be shown

You literally need an ID for everything else why would you not need one for voting?

If you need an ID to buy a gun, you should be legally required to have one to vote. I'll take it a step farther. If you get a govt paycheck, you lose your voting privileges. It's a direct conflict of interest.
