Remember all those herbs I harvested a couple of days ago?
Today I made a yummy Oregano Pesto with the oregano, garlic, olive oil, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, almonds and pine nuts, and kosher salt & fresh cracked pepper.
Also made a yummy Basil Pesto with olive oil, pine nuts and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
The Tarragon and Chives, I froze as is.
Going to make Tarragon and Ghee Chicken tonight.
