State law says because of the charges she was convicted of,restitution is mandatory...as for the amount,I don't know if the judge has any say in the amount that must be paid or not...

I live in Iowa we've started a go fund me account for her that's already raised over 200,000 dollars. Her fines and restitution are already paid for plus a little extra for her. God bless this young woman, he got what he deserved!
