Guns of #GroundZeroWhen the towers fell on 9-11-2001 there were actually a lot of guns in the WTC complex buildings. US Customs had an office in WTC6 and all of the buildings were full of NYPD and other LEO's who were responding. For many, their gun is the last physical token of their life which survived the destruction. Most of the guns are at the NRA Museum in Virginia or the September 11th Memorial Museum in New York, with some on a traveling display.
