Chimney inspection was a mixed bag. Turns out it’s not up to code plus it’s in dire need of repair. After it was cleaned we we’re told it could be used but it has a good chance of causing a fire. “Use at own risk” as the paperwork says. So for now till it gets roughly $15k worth of repairs done all its good for is looks. 😪
