I know it's a vote-buying scheme, but considering we're willing to bail out the banks, the car companies, entire cities, and half the world...It might not make it right, and personally I'd just stick the banksters and colleges with the bill, seeing as how they're the ones who lobbied and bribed this whole ripoff scheme into place from the start.
