Funny how the fake news always debunks themselves if you search hard enough. Here is an excerpt from an NPR article from 2019 admitting that President Trump has “absolute power” when it comes to classified secrets. “He therefore has the authority to decide unilaterally what will be disclosed, what will be declassified and what will not.” If 45 says something is declassified, it’s declassified.
