“When it comes to leadership, the word ‘try’ can have two meanings. On one hand leaders will constantly try something new and on the other hand they should try not to go overboard on projects. Great leaders should always try to be clear in their communications and never try to have the last word. If a leader is going to try something new or try to create a new process, then leaders need to try and make others take ownership of the new process or idea. If you try to lead your team and organization toward something new the leader has to go first, show the way, and empower your team. The result will produce amazing things.
