Mike Lindell discusses the UOCAVA Act - Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act. On the ballot request postcard (by mail, email, or fax) there are options one must check when sending back to the country, that state: * I am a US citizen living outside the country, and my intent to return is uncertain. * I am a US citizen living outside the country, and I have never lived in the United States. These people need not possess any connection to a US address, whatsoever. Anyone in THE WORLD can obtain a ballot via email. Click. Click. Boom. Anybody in the world can vote in the a United States. Every state is required to accept this, even without proof of identification or citizenship.
