All the details are here at this link: https://pad.riseup.net/p/r.7fefb69919e863289d3e840f7580e210 If you are interested in using Mylar bags and have not done this before, we will be having a presentation, demonstration and actual bagging workshop next Saturday, August 27th, 11AM at the Kensington Universalist Church, Parking Lot, 1 Lawson Rd Kensington, CA 94707. There will be O2 absorbers and 4 gallon buckets. Possible foods for this can be any dried food; rice, beans, pasta, mixes, spices, etc. This won't work so well for dehydrated or wet foods. Some can be done, but the shelf life will be less than the dry stuff. If you are just curious, bring something and take it home bagged.
