Elwood, Indiana 24 y/o rookie policeman gunned down this weekend by man who was sentenced to 30 years over 15 years ago for shooting Indianapolis policeman. He was released 3 years ago and his family is claiming mental illness. He has medication for this and has not been taking it. I won’t even mention the race of the shooter.
