Veganism, Cannibalism and the Cult Agenda
Humans have transitioned from breathairean > plant sacrifice > animal sacrifice. The cult doesn't want us to be vegan, they want to transition us to human sacrifice using synthetic GMO fake veganism as a means to an end. Meat and dairy are acidic toxic addictive stimulants like smoking, drinking, drugs and caffeine, even starch, fat and salt are stimulants. There's many degrees of how stimulating or cleansing a particular plant item is, mucusless plants that are less starchy and fatty are more alkaline and cleansing as well as filtered water. Extremely slow transition = less symptoms and easy, we didn't get here overnight and we won't get out, the balance between stimulation and detoxification is essential to improve health today and tomorrow. Fast transition = more symptoms and dangerous, common detox symptoms ( see fasting / "hunger" ) are cravings, fatigue, depression, anxiety, aches and pains, postulations, excretions from any orifice etc. Whatever your dietary practice is, it can always be improved, I for example can do just fine without smoke, drink, drugs, caffeine, meat and dairy and I did many long stints on high levels over 10 years, but at this stage I'm still strung out on starchy, fatty and salty plant stuff, but I do have a system and I'm well aware of my tendency to be an extreme binge eater that I had since I was born, so there's always a limit and order to how and what I eat, making sure I get enough stimulation so I can function, but also get in some detox, everyone's balance is going to be different. "Nutrition" is an extremely deep addiction that we have descended into over many millennia and the rehabilitation process will be very long as well.
Dietary levels are cannibal > carnivore > vegan > mucusless vegan > fruitarean > liquidarian > breathairean and with higher levels comes higher physical, mental and spiritual capacity, this is an evolutionary path and it will take many generations to go back to our prime state, slow and steady is key, too much detox while trying to operate in this world is a terrible thing, both stimulation and detox are essential. This is an incredible book but remember that going too hard too fast will cause trouble, you may feel great for a while but then crash, so there's nothing wrong with being on a comfortable plateau most of the time and maybe stepping it up for a short period when in a safe environment.
