Two of the missiles were shot down by air defense, and two more hit infrastructure facilities of the port. An agreement between Russia, Türkiye, the United Nations, and Ukraine, which provides for the possibility of exporting grain from the ports of Ukraine by sea, went into effect today at noon. Half an hour before the treaty came into force, the Russians attacked one of the ports from which the grain was to be exported.
