Watched a Dutch farmer up in Canada. He said that the Dutch ARE making it hard for the farmers there. The govt now says farmers can only use so much fertilizer, and only spread so much manure per acre on their land. They are also limiting the number of cows farmers can milk. He said it sounds like the govt is trying to take the farmers land, so they can build and create more city area.
