A Constitutional Amendment requires 2/3rds of the states to agree on it to be ratified.
So, unless you're able to convince the representatives from at least 33 states to add a new Amendment to wipe out the protections of the 2A you're SOL (s*** outta luck).
At least 25 states are now constitutional carry, and more are in the process of passing it.
