Best method for getting these clean? Ive tried baking soda and vinegar, bleach and dish soap, but one of these still smells like strawberry yogurt....

I would suggest baking soda and hot water or vinegar and water and let set a few days. Remember that hot water deactivates bleach so if you try bleach again use only cold water.

I don't think that is a big problem. Are you planning to store rain water.
