Lunch/Dinner today: last NY Strip from SUNY Cobleskil stash! Instead of plain salt today, I seared the steak with Adobe and it came out delicious! The steak is topped with Smashed (not mashed) Potatoes infused with a fresh Tarragon (from our greenhouse) butter and cream cheese sauce with a splash of Ruby Red from the El Paso Winery in Ulster Park NY. I spiced it up with a Black Truffle Hot Sauce. Scrumptious!!
