Hello everyone. As you know, Wimkin is fully transparent and we allow our users to be a part of all decision making for the current, and future direction of this platform. As you all most likely know as well, certain ads companies will not allow us to monetize this platform as a publisher due to us not censoring in the manner in which they demand. What you're looking at below is our current invoice due to Mux, which is our live streaming partner. Mux is why users can stream to Wimkin on the app as well as web platform. This is ONLY our live streaming bill and does not factor in our other clustered servers, nor our chat / video chat server, nor our video encoding servers. On the web platform, Mux instantly creates the stream and then sends it from the streaming provider users choose (StreamYard, OBS, Restream, etc.) to Wimkin. On the app, our API and webhook send the stream to Mux and it's instantly sent back to the streaming user's Wimkin profile. Mux charges us per streamed minute, as well as for every minute users' view a certain stream, as well as for replays. All this being said, we may have to be like all of the other "free speech" platforms and start charging a subscription to stream. I'd like to ask our Wimkin family to share their ideas on how we can monetize our platform and in your eyes, what we should do and what we most certainly should not do. Our bills exceed $30,000.00 per month to bring you Wimkin in the current state that it is with all features. We do not charge fees to users, and currently are unable to find an ads provider that will work with us since we offer free speech. This means we'll need to rely on Wimkin users to advertise their products on Wimkin, find an ads provider that will allow us to insert ads in videos, have monthly sponsors, charge a tiered subscription fee to streamers, sell a whole lot of Wimkin merch, or shutdown streaming altogether. Unfortunately, it's a necessary evil thrust upon us by Big Tech working together to stifle our ability to monetize through ads. Please contribute your thoughts and ideas below. Thank you!

Niki K, Lindell mostlikely would but he is having problems selling his own products since Wal Mart stopped buying his products after ten years! He needs help also. We can fight back by not buying any products from companies that are woke. I include Google, any non free speech organization. Simply qu... View More
