out about nothing & she had my cat the whole time."SoI finally go to bedWake up the next day take a shower drink some coffee & start to drive from my appointment in Englewoodto my mom's house in ParkerTo get my cat.After the street light turned from Green straight to Red skipping the yellowAll the cars in front of me slammed on there brakesIn order to avoid running a red light.Then I turned to the left turn lane to avoid a car collision.I do a 360 to the left around the other driver turningThen I do a 360 to the right & Straighten out in the mediumThenThe other driver that I successfully avoided a car collision withWent from a far right lane to the middle of the road mediumAnd deliberately hit me on my front right bumperMaking me do a 180 to the left stoping in the far right lane facing the wrong way.Then the other driver stopped all the way down by the next streetlight.SoI got out of my car & walked all the way down the road to the other driverOnly forA teenager in what looked to be his grandpa's suitTo step out of his car saying to me"Hey, let's go to McDonald's and talk about this."SoMe not wanting to leave the scene of an accidentSaid to the kidNO go get your drunk test in the hot sunOne cop at a timeThey then said:"That I needed a cat scan to check my head."&I said:Good idea I wasn't wearing my helmet.Thenthey stuck me in the police cruiserAs I said:Well that's ambulance sucks.ThenI spent my 30th birthday in the Aurora South Aurora North mental hospital.As my car was impounded.as the police charged me with a DUI&THE DUI GOT DROPPEDto a reckless drivingBecauseThe blood test showed that I had no drugs in my system.I paid a DUI lawyer my largest stimulus checkOnly for him to ask for more money if I wanted to take the reckless driving to trialButI didn't have no more moneyThat stimulus check was the most money I've ever seen&I got A $200 dollar fine dropped the $26 dollars&It was $300 to get my car out of the impound&The other driver class 2 felony( disorderly conduct )for the police taking my shirt off when they arrested me and then dragging me all around town without a shirt on.&A 5th felony still yet to be announced.. . .NowTHE PLEA DEAL OFFER MADE BY THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY IS:2 years probation without time servedFor a class 4 felony burglaryThe worst charge there is.. . .AfterTalking to my public defender for the third time in a monthMy own public defender raised my competencyMy own public defender said:( & I quote )"What? you don't want to the plea deal¿ But there is no jail time‽ That's it, I'm going to have to raise your competency.". . .I was labeled incompetentfor 9 months straight in the Castle Rock Douglas county JailWaiting to go to the Pueblo state mental hospital for a few weeksTo restore my competencySoI could finally bond out for $300 dollars. . .I SAT IN MY CELL ON 24/7 LOCKDOWN WITHOUT EVEN A PHONE CALL OR SHOWER.Kite restricted, No kiosk access, the water shut off, no food (other then "neutra loaf" that looks & taste like shit) no blanket, no bed, no toothbrush, no paper, no pencil, no soap, no Bible, no TV, no tablet, no cup, no spoon, no comb,NOT EVEN THE SHIRT ON MY BACK.. . .ALL MY COURT DATES(ONCE A MONTH)WHERE SHOWN TO ME ON A TABLETON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE DOOR TO MY CELLTHAT I COULDN'T HEAR AND I WAS MUTED ONSO I COULDN'T EVEN TALK. . .I even got tased once for refusing to go back into the cell that I almost died in from lack of necessities.They pissed in my shampoo, they pissed on my bed, they messed with my food & medicationsAnd refused to talk to me. . .FOR OVER 9
