“As a leader I’ve always tried to be as humble as possible because it’s the people that you lead that need to know that you’re approachable. They know you will admit your failures and be forgiving for their mistakes, and find ways to make sure neither happens again. I’ve always given recognition to all the people that help me and the organization become successful. This in itself, motivated and inspired others to share ideas and work toward a vision and purpose.
