We commemorate those lost who made the ultimate sacrifice who fought for our freedom. May their sacrifice not be in vain & may we remember & honor them forever. To their families & friends we thank you, honor you, mourn your loss & celebrate their memories. Duty, honor, sacrifice in service to all for the greater good for all time is deserving of reverence & celebration. There are winners & losers in life - to some we won & they lost, but I like to think they won & we lost as they are forever etched in our hearts, minds & best part of our makeup, & character. A moment of reverence, tears & silence, after which we celebrate with friends & family the precious life the fallen provided for us.
