Yesterday was a rather pensive time for me. I don't worry much but I do deliberate concerning cause and effect. My mind is not a negative mind as that type of thinking disappeared after Vietnam. Change this way is wonderful and one needs to find the positive to over shadow the negative. Otherwise we end up at a literal dead end. I began thinking about the power of a river. (Remember, cause and effect) A river is an immovable force when it comes up against an obstacle. It either floods over it, tunnels under it , or goes around it. If none of those work it wears it down until the obstacle disappears. A wonder to behold. If we, as Americans form a river nothing will stand against us. Sure, we can be dammed but dams take maintenance or the river overwhelms the dam sooner than later. So it goes with patriots. How many times has America been outnumbered and still derived victory? Almost every time! I wanted to put this out as a pathway. A way to look at all of us in flow. Think about the power of the Mississippi River. No one is going to dam that river! That river is us, together focused on one purpose.
