I had some russet potatoes in the refrigerator that were starting to sprout. The potatoes are fine as long as you remove the sprouts but I decided to become a potato farmer instead.I dug holes about 10 inches deep with a posthole digger and dropped potatoes in the holes.Looks like the Mike Bloomberg farming method works.
