Morning All! Sorry for that bad 40 minute period there. We had a problem with one of our new databases. We are expecting a statement from the provider shortly, which we will publish here. We are absolutely transparent with all of you, and we've demanded from our new providers in situations of lag or downtime that are not caused by us, they make a statement in which we will publish on the platform. We will be doing such from here on out but do not expect situations like today to happen much at all. We only expect scheduled maintenance in which we'll announce many hours in advance. I sincerely apologize for any inconveniences you may have suffered this AM. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 🙏
