Now we know what to avoid in sunscreen =❌ Oxybenzone, Octinoxate, Octocrylene, Homosalate, ALL spray-on SPF (to avoid inhalation of chemicals and/or minerals), and common chemical preservatives like: parabens, and phenoxyethanol. We know what to look for =👍🏼 Non-nano Zinc and Titanium Dioxide mineral SPF with no sketchy preservatives So it’s time to share my tried and true recommendations & the only brands that meet my picky ingredient standards! Keep in mind they take some TLC to apply correctly, but the safety of these options are 100% worth it! ❤️Thinkbaby SPF 50+ SunscreenIt rubs on well, protects well, and the kiddos smell like a tangerine! You can find it on Amazon or Target (online only), and they have ThinkSport for adults as well! I use the baby version on me too though.❤️Badger Broad Spectrum SPF 30Our family enjoys this entire brand, but it does take a little work to rub in. I like that we can run to our local heath food store and don’t have to always order online. They also just released a clear Zinc Oxide version that won’t leave white streaks upon application. This sunscreen comes in tube, stick, and tin format. A few other safe ingredient brands that I have not personally used: ❤️Raw Elements Sunscreen ❤Poofy Organics ❤️Suntegrity Sunscreen❤️All Good Sport Sunscreen Any of these sunscreens can be used for the whole family too.
