Hello everyone. I'm extremely sorry for the frustrating experiences some of you have seen with speed, downtime and other issues. We're growing so rapidly and are constantly scaling up. In the coming 2 days, we're adding 3 more servers (nodes) into our load balancer, and replicating/clustering our databases. We know that between 9:00 AM -12:00 PM ET, the experience has not been good. This is due to the Wendy Bell Radio show receiving 25k + live views and us getting slammed with new accounts. 48 - 72 hours, the new setup will be installed and the experience should be incredibly fast and stable. In theory, we should already have more than enough resources however, due to MYSQL and very burden heavy caching + traffic, our systems were not working in harmony. I promise you all that things will be VERY GOOD, VERY SHORTLY. Thanks for your patience and understanding 🙏
