Rosemary Garlic Pull Apart Bread

Ingredients:
2 tsp dry yeast
1 Tbsp sugar
180ml milk
45g butter, room temp
1 egg
290 gr flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
Filling
75 gr butter, extra soft
1 Tbsp chopped rosemary
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp salt
100 gr shredded cheese
Instructions:
Mix the yeast, sugar and warm milk in the bowl and allow to sit 5-10 minutes.
Add the butter, egg, flour, salt, garlic powder, and rosemary. Mix, then knead it for 1 minute. Let the dough rise 60-90 minutes.
Filling: Mix the soft butter, rosemary, parsley, garlic, and salt together.
Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. Flatten each into a circle about 10 sm in diameter. Spread 1-2 tsp of filling onto each. Sprinkle each with 1 Tbsp of cheese. Fold circles in half and line in prepared baking pan. Allow to rise 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180°C
Bake until golden brown, about 50 minutes.
