Easter Bunny Buns

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons (1 packet/7 grams) instant yeast
2 Tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm milk
2 Tablespoons softened butter
1 egg at room temperature
additional 1/2 to 3/4 cup flour
16 raisins
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl combine flour, yeast, sugar & salt.
Stir in warmed milk & butter, then egg.
Beat on high for 2 minutes.
Stir in enough additional flour to make a firm dough and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
On a floured board, roll the dough about 1 sm thick.
Cut 4 circles, they will be the faces. Place circles on the baking sheet, spaced well apart.
Cut 8 ears and tiny circles for the noses.
Slightly tuck 2 ears under the top of each bunny's head. Place the noses on each face and push in raisins for the eyes.
Cover with a towel and let rise an hour, until doubled in size.
Bake in a preheated 190° C oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
