Yummm! The Pernil (roast pork shoulder) is seasoned and in the fridge it goes until Easter morning. My Great Grandmother’s receta (recipe) handed down from my mom to me. Made this for Christmas and it was outstanding. The skin was completely crisped and the meat super juicy.
