Tu quidem orbis terrarum rationes administras tam abstinenter quam alienas, tam diligenter quam tuas, tam religiose quam publicas. In officio amorem consequeris, in quo odium uitare difficile est; sed tamen, mihi crede, satius est uitae suae rationem quam frumenti publici nosse.
