To whom it may concern,      Hello! My name is Molly Fox and I represent my foundation The WHITE Angel LLC. I market myself on social media sites as friend, guide and guardian angel to the world.  I am currently involved in a 7 year long custody battle over my only child Rose Fox who is 9 now but was only 1 1/2 when her father first took off with her and used and abused the system to effectively kidnap my daughter from me and cut me off from her based on a bogus restraining order that was passed based not on facts but hearsay and lies, it took me 3 1/2 years to reverse this and I was granted full custody with full decision making rights as well, all he was given was visits every other weekend and certain holidays according to my parenting plan.  Again he has used and abused the courts by lying to them to get another bogus RO on me and I currently don't have any access to my daughter for the next 60 days,  while she is left in a more toxic environment than if she were home with me in my care. He abuses her mentally and physically and neglects her, also he is too poor to realistically give adequate care for a child of her nature. She had a rough birth and as a result of such has permanent health issues that he is not even equipped to properly deal with as well as her mental diagnoses of having both adhd and add, and dyslexia.  None of which he is properly able to deal with and provide the proper environment for my daughter to thrive in.  And I have seen case after case where all that is going on is one parent using the children as leverage to inflicte pain upon the other parent and ultimately who suffers is the child.  This is wrong and cannot go on if we are to preserve the future generations and give them their best chance to live the American dream, so I am writing this to you in hopes that you might partner with me in getting a new law passed that will hold judges,  commissioners. GALs and mediators to a higher standard when concerning kids between the ages of 0-18, to the point where they can be disbarred for making decisions based on hearsay and circumstancesial evidence instead of hard concrete facts, in making decisions with where the child goes and who has access to said child. We need to protect our furture!!! Please help me make this law a reality and spare millions of child the suffering of being simply a product to be used as leverage against the other parent,  children are a gift from God and must be treated as such!!!
