Lobby Day is designed to educate and equip citizens to engage in the political process & lobby their legislators to oppose AB 2223. AB 2223 will legalize infanticide in California. This bill shields a mother from civil and criminal charges for any “actions or omissions” related to her pregnancy, “including miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion, or perinatal death.” Perinatal death, is a medical phrase that includes the time immediately before and after birth.
