Okay. Now, after the Smith/Rock episode, the next step is being evaluated. Trust me. BUT, have you got the ENTIRE picture? (No pun intended). WHO will volunteer to be the next host? After this, and the Gervais truths, what's next? The Board is having palpitations! Actors are in shock! What's next? Instead of political speeches and rants, they're going to go to "The Zoomie Awards"? They'll be hooked up via Zoom calls. They'll be nominated. They'll be shown simultaneously on Zoom. The winner will be announced, then they shift to a prerecorded speech because they already knew in advance? No hosts? What about the time stretch that enables another two hours of commercials? What about the additional two hours of red carpet prancing/violating all sexual standards imposed on their productions? What about the $100K swag bags? Bottom line is simple for the average American. These people are paid well beyond anything WE could ever expect for doing the essential work we do to keep this society running. They EXPECT us to perform so they can earn their mega salaries. Then, they rub it into our faces and subject us to their twisted philosophies. Yeah, I said it. Twisted. Why? They're paid to act like somebody they aren't! I've always thought that definition was for a hypocrite, not something to aspire to and get filthy rich from. Maybe that's why politicians rub elbows with Hollywood! They get money and acting tips! They don't need swag bags, they get that from the pork they insert into their bills! Remember THIS! (MY HOSTING COMMENT)! EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US SITS ON A TOILET EVERY DAY THE EXACT SAME WAY FOR THE EXACT SAME REASON! Why do you think they're BETTER than YOU? Money? Fame? Looks? Physique? REALLY? GET A GRIP !
