In June 1963 President Kennedy pressured David Ben Fusion, the Prime minister, for an inspection of Israel's nuclear facility, Dimona. This young President sought to insure that the Zionists of that era did not start a nuclear arms race in that area of the Middle East; he foresaw what we now see.
