We, the following Veterans of the Armed Forces are appalled and disgusted beyond belief with Mike Gibbons, who disparaged Josh Mandel and ALL Veterans in the debate Friday, March 18th. Gibbons owes Josh and all veterans and those currently in the service an apology, implying that "WE" who served our country honorably and faithfully, never earned our way working in the private sector. We all volunteered to serve our country away from our families, putting our lives in danger, so people like Mike Gibbons could make millions. Saying a combat veteran who volunteered hasn't worked, is an insult to every brave man and woman who has put on the uniform. We can’t have a United States Senator that does not respect the honor and sacrifice of military service. Our country has been served and protected by countless brave men and women that have volunteered to put themselves in harm's way in order to protect and preserve the freedoms that the United States were founded upon. Mike Gibbons is stomping on the graves of all those who paid the ultimate sacrifice so that he could live in a free country.Shame on Mike Gibbons for insulting the service of our brothers in arms. Mike Gibbons owes every single man and woman who served in our Armed Services an apology. We eagerly await your apology.Norm Beznoska Jr, Petty Officer First Class, US Navy Vietnam Era (’58-64) Strongsville, OH Commander Steve Hujarski, US Navy Retired, Combat Veteran Vietnam & Desert Storm (1965-2001) Aurora, OH Bob Janiak, Corporal USMCVietnam Era (66-72)Strongsville, OH Paul Kirchner, Sergeant, US Army- Vietnam Era (66-69)Valley City, OH Frank W.
