According to the National Missing and Unidentified Persons (NamUS) database, which is funded by the U.S. Department of Justice, more than 600,000 persons went missing in 2021, and approximately 4,400 unidentified bodies were recovered. The map below identify missing people so far in 2022. It's only the third month of 2022.
