Got to 85* yesterday. Went outside, and plunked my butt into my chair, contemplating Sunday thoughts and world events. WHY can't a man be allowed solitude? Guess WHO showed up ! I poured out some of my applejack, and gave it to him. He keeps his bowl handy just in case, you know. We were talking about world events, and he's frankly starting to worry me. I get his reluctance to conform to our "new society" standards, but there's a point I've GOT to establish for my family's safety, too. NEVER underestimate the resourcefulness of these rodents. They're better comshaw experts than anybody I ever met serving in the Navy, and that's saying a LOT. THAT'S a whole different topic, though. Suffice to say, I got an entirely different picture when George told me he was related to flying squirrels! Who knew? Who'd TEACH them? After a bit, I got to the bottom of his problem. He's been listening to some buddies that watch CNN and MSNBC. Yes, we DO have some serious problems in our society and the world today, but listening to TV networks perpetrating propaganda without a label like Babylon Bee is criminal! HOW people buy that filth is amazing. ALL TV is full of it from both sides right now, which is indicative of collusion between them. Truth is leaking out right now, no matter what they try. The simple fact that truth ALWAYS comes out is wasted on them. They're ALL IN now, and don't have a choice. WE do, and verification of everything is of paramount importance the closer we get to the mid-terms. Start local with people you know, and have them tell you what's really happening with local candidates. Then, after verifying them, ask them what they know about the others. Simple. If not, even YOU better start worrying about armed animals. They're apparently not as ignorant as WE are. They're still here!
