At one time eastern Ukraine and Kazakhstan were known as kazeria.300 years ago Imperial Russia took kazaria over with the full approval of the other surrounding nations. This was done because the people of kazeria were morally corrupt and a Hazzard to everyone. So the portion of Ukraine was part of pre communist Russia. Further back in time a pair of Jewish rabies, having heard of atrocious people of kazeria journeyed there to convert the area to Judaism. Having made some converts, they gave the new sect a hebrew name and returned to Russia. Now this conversion did not change conduct of these people, but it did change the manner they went about their nefarious actions. This new little sect of jews later became the the kazerian mafia.
