Today's Valentine's special pie for work...made 3 pies... when I left at 11 they had already sold 1 1/2 piesFlourless chocolate cake crust with layer of strawberry compote, then chocolate mousse topped with whipped cream and a whole fresh strawberry drizzled with hot fudge.. was supposed to be chocolate dipped strawberries but my chocolate wasn't cooperating
