Basically the constitution exists as a contract between the people, states and the federal government. Each party to the contract has certain duties it must must provide to the other parties. If one party fails to preform their duties the other parties can demand redress through either mediation or the courts. From what I understand on this the people would take their demand to the state and then the state would thak that demand to the federal government with the people actually calling the shots. Can we sue the government both state and federal for breach of contract?Yes i do believe we can, we start by suing the state forcing them to preform their duty to us and reign in the federal government, that is their job.R.M.
