Why didn’t any of the federal courts take up the 2020 election fraud?That is an easy one to answer, it is not the place of the federal government to get involved in state controled functions. All elections are the responsibility of the states, not the federal government. Why didn't the state courts get involved in the fraud cases then?That is a hard one to answer and without solid evidence as to their actual reasoning i won't make any statements on that.However i will say this. The state legislatures has the constitutional power to control all levels of elections, but in 1019 and 2020 we had every level of state government making election laws but the state legislatures. So was there fraud?Yes there was massive fraud, from what I can tell probably nation wide. Are we done with 2020 yet.No. We are a long ways from fixing this charley foxtrot.R.M.
