In the 1950's, there was a child actor by the name of TIM HOVEY, 19June1945 - 09September1989. Sadly, he had committed suicide by drug overdose at his home in Watsonville, CA. He was 44. He had left acting while in his teen years, later becoming a studio engineer and Road Manager for The Grateful Dead.
Some years ago, I was given a large cashe' of his personal, childhood belongings. Movie contracts from Universal International Pictures Corporation, MCA Revue, as well as NBC and CBS television. There is also a proverbial ton of fan mail, his baby book with a lock of hair, a Diploma, a scrapbook of his parents wedding, etc.
