Canadian clinical psychologist Jordan Peterson says the Bible is the oldest book and is referring to the Old Testament (Jewish Torah) comprised of 39 to 49 books depending on the various branches of Christianity.
The books comprising the Torah are part of the larger Jewish Tanakh and were written between the 5th and the 3rd century before the assumed appearance of Jessya of Nazareth.
The New Testament was written at the end of the first century.
